Importance Of Break Up Exercise:

Create tons of positive energy after a break up. It will help you get back what you need!

For some people exercise is a daily ritual and for others, not so much. I have read through tens of thousands of articles and books about relationship problems. Some have great advice, some simply don't. One thing I believe to be totally true and it continues to come up over and over again in articles, books, and from people who have successfully gotten thought a break up or divorce is EXERCISE HELPS! It really and truly helps, and it does this for a number of reasons. Read on and you will learn why exercise is so vital during this time of heartache.

During a break up you learn very quickly that the one person you can count on is yourself. Even if you are eating right, hydrating your body you still need exercise. Exercise is sometimes the only way to completely clear your mind during a time of extreme stress like a break up or divorce. Exercise is also a great way to relieve your body of resent, sadness, and pent up aggression. Let's face it, during a break up you have all kinds of different feeling that you bottle up. Exercise is a wonderful to get all those feelings out. And, on top of the fact that you get all that stress out of your body, it also clears the mind. A clear mind is imperative when it comes to break ups because the choices you make now will determine what path you are on.

Exercise also has another positive side effect. Exercise releases endorphins which is a chemical in our body that makes us feel good. Yep, that is right, it is like a natural high! People often say that they feel at their absolute worst during break ups. So, go out and get a little exercise because it is one of the few things during a break up that is guaranteed to make you feel a little better.

Studies have shown that people who exercise regularly have stronger immune systems. Further studies have also shown that people under extreme amounts of stress like those in a break up or divorce have less effective immune systems. Do you see where I am going with this? You should exercise during stressful times of divorce and breaking up. There is nothing worse than being sick during a time of heartache.

Exercise also makes you look and feel better. And, whether you are going to be moving on with your life with or without the person you just left, it is important to look and feel great. It will be so much easier to get through a tough break up or divorce if you are increasingly more happy about the way you look and feel.

Finally exercise can be a great way to get social during this time. It is more important than ever to get out and be around people. It can serve as a way to clear your mind or get the someone off your mind. Further, it is a chance to meet new people. Who knows, maybe your soul mate is just around the corner!
